success is gauged by your success. We require that the quality of
service provided to the troubled homeowner be of the highest integrity.
The assurance of quality service is implemented by our organization in the
following method. We require that all of our agents in this program work
through our organization by referring prospects to the main office. You
will be trained on how to prospect for potential clients.
The Agent has the option to collect the entire fee from the Client, keep
40%, and send the remaining 60% to HAA for mitigation services. Or the
Agent can be reimbursed from HAA when HAA collects the entire fee.
Homeowners need help by a competent Loss Mitigation Specialist. We do
not expect you to provide the expertise that our experienced staff do.
You will have to train to initially talk to prospective clients.
We will help you Quick Start your business by giving you access to real
interviews with potential clients. You will receive free, qualified leads
of delinquent homeowners who have recently been filed on. To keep track
of your business, you will receive a personal website with your enrollment.
We will show you how to present your services to the troubled homeowner
and how to convert them to clients.
